Bachelorette Party!
This weekend we went to Destin for Stacie's bachelorette trip. I will admit, this was my very first bachelorette experience and I think I definitely chose the right crowd to bring about the full experience. There were more inappropriate moments than I wish to share and even a little bit of drama. However, the most fun was had between my sister, my cousins and I while we reminised on all of our good vacation times at the beach all weekend. If nothing else, it was worth it to spend time with them just like we always used to.
This trip also opened up my eyes, once again, to the decisions I will be making for myself when I get married. As lovely as it is, I am not sure I want to spend an entire weekend away for a destination bachelorette trip. Is it nice? Yeah, but eventually people get restless and annoying and as is the case with everything else in a wedding, everyone is on a different budget. When you put all of these factors into play, it just sets itself up for failure somewhere along the way. For now, I am looking forward to spending an extremely fun-filled night out with my very best friends. I won't have more than one day to live up to and I can keep all of my memories stored in that one night forever.
